Is the private viewing free?
Yes. There is no cost and no obligation to buy. Many people visit more than once before they decide.
Why ask about style and budget first?
So the right rings and stones are ready when you arrive. You spend your time comparing pieces you'll actually love, inside the range you're comfortable with.
Can you redesign a ring or reuse a family stone?
Bring it with you. We'll look at the stone and the metal together and talk through what's possible, from a new setting to a full redesign.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, financing is available. Ask us about options during your viewing.
How long should I plan for?
Plan for about an hour so nothing feels rushed.
What should I bring?
Anything that shows what you like: screenshots, a sketch, a ring that fits for sizing, or a family piece you'd like to reuse.
